Your "Energetic Savings Account"
Have you made a "deposit" lately? In other words, are you taking good enough care of yourself during this stressful time, or have you been neglecting YOU?
The end of the year is often a time when we are all too busy and the intention to take better care of ourselves tends to "fall off" our list. Think of your energetic savings account as an account that measures the level of emotional, physical and spiritual energy you have available to you. If you make deposits on a regular basis, you will feel strong, secure and resilient. If you continue to deplete and "spend" this account, you may start to feel run down, on all levels, and the manifestations will show up in your body, your business and in your relationships.
Deposits... what kind of deposits would you
make to an energetic savings account?
I make deposits that build up my account such as:
(1) Acts of "self-care" (Tapping, Qi-Gong, Meditation, Exercise)
(2) Making appreciation/ gratitude lists
(3) An act of kindness towards another...
(4) Allowing silence into my life
These deposits are literally like "putting money" in the bank energetically. Think of how large your account could be if you made these "deposits" on a daily basis. Why is it important to build this account? Because to be overdrawn in your energetic savings account will deplete your health, your relationships and your business.
Some people keep the level of this account steady... not much in, not much out. Others deplete the account entirely before making new deposits. Some people say they don't have time, can't "afford" to make deposits. I say you can't afford NOT TO make deposits into this account.
The other reason to make sure you make "deposits" into this account is that the Universe hears your vibration, not your words. And if your vibration is one of exhaustion, fatigue, depression or discouragement, because your energetic savings account is low, the Universe hears you... and responds accordingly. Resilience is essential... it means vitality, youth, energy and the ability to bounce!
What does this have to do with your ability
to attract abundance into your
life and your business?
When you are depleted, or have concerns that this "account" is low, you carry a chronic energy of low vibration, fear, unease, and the Universe "hears" it. When the account is depleted, you don't exude the feeling of abundance and joy, optimism or passion, and this most definitely influences your business and creativity in your work.
The Universe responds to your vibration, not your words,
so communicate strength and resilience and the Universe
will respond with more reasons to feel good!
The EFT setup phrases below will help you stop blocking your abundance, raise your vibration and open the door to allow what you want to roll into your life.
1. EFT SETUP PHRASES:
The EFT SETUP Phrases for this topic are as follows:
While tapping the karate chop spot on either hand, repeat these phrases out loud, (or change the words to fit your exact situation).
"Even though I'm exhausted and depleted and haven't been taking care of myself, I accept who I am and how I feel."
"Even though I have blocks to building my energy, I choose to release them now."
"Even though I keep neglecting my energetic savings account, I completely accept how I feel."
I have indicated where to tap while saying each of the phrases below. You may repeat the positive round more than once if you wish. (Those of you who are new to EFT may view a chart of the spots on my web site under the EFT pages.)
***Now for the phrases that focus on the problem***
Eyebrow: "I don't take care of myself."
Side of Eye: "There's not enough time to make deposits."
Under Eye: "I never remember to make my deposits."
Nose: "I never take enough care of myself."
Chin: "I have blocks to putting myself first."
Collarbone: "I always think I can get away with it."
Under Arm: "I'd rather not make the effort."
Head: "I don't take good care of myself."
***Now for the positive focus on the solution***
Eyebrow: "What if I started to build my energetic savings account?"
Side of Eye: "What if I remembered to make regular deposits?"
Under Eye: "I want to remember to make regular deposits."
Nose: "I'm ready to start taking care of myself."
Chin: "I want to start taking better care of myself."
Collarbone: "I intend to take care of myself."
Under Arm: "I'm worth taking better care of myself."
Head: "I love feeling excited about taking care of myself!"
Keep tapping, and enjoy using the Law of Attraction to bring more of what you want into your life!
