Hi Everyone,

After “Toby” attended my LEVEL 1 EFT Course in New York City, her grief about the death of her son who died ten years ago started to surface for her. There were many shifts in her life after learning EFT, so she agreed to have a session about her grief recorded for the benefit of others in the EFT community.

While Toby has certainly been grieving for the past decade, a current life circumstance triggered the old sadness and feelings of abandonment. (You will hear that the recording of the session “skipped” slightly when I asked her what triggered the grief.) The circumstances were that Toby’s other son and his girlfriend (living in her house) broke up recently, and this triggered her grief over her son’s death.

I hope you are able to listen to the incredible courage and love of this woman as she releases her grief, guilt, regret, helplessness and feelings of abandonment about her son in this heartening EFT session and follow up segment.
