<p>What exactly is an <em><strong>Emotional Manifestation</strong></em>?  An <strong><em>Emotional Manifestation</em></strong> is a term coined by the <em>Law of Attraction </em>specialists of the Abraham-Hicks team to describe a simple but noticeable improvement in your feelings.  If you move from cranky to happy, that would be considered an <em><strong>Emotional Manifestation</strong></em>.  If you were able to change your mood from depressed to a little bit optimistic, that would be considered an <em><strong>Emotional Manifestation</strong></em>. When your feelings improve, you have created an <em><strong>Emotional Manifestation</strong></em> rather than what we are usually looking for &#8211; a physical manifestation (such as a car, promotion, contract etc).</p>
<p>Law of Attraction teachers are convinced that <em><strong>Emotional Manifestations</strong></em> are an essential ingredient to the success of attracting physical manifestations (things) in your life.  It means that you are committed to making an effort to practice reaching for relief, you look for thoughts that will help you feel better, and it means you are willing to try anything in your power to improve your vibration rather than being too focused on the physical manifestations of the job, the house, the salaray increase or whatever you want to attract.</p>
<p>Does changing your focus to <em><strong>Creating Emotional Manifestations </strong></em>work to speed up the attraction of physical manifestations into your life?  Yes, since as you know, everything is about energy and your vibration!  So if you want to speed up attracting what you want in your life, you&#8217;ll need to stop being distracted by whether or not these physical manifestations have shown up yet or not, and start working on <strong><em>Creating Emotional Manifestations First</em></strong>.</p>
<p>You might be thinking, can it really be that simple?  Can I really attract what I want just by feeling better?  Yes, when you know the power of your energy and your vibration.  You&#8217;ve read my newsletters about the power of vibration, and some of you know my products that describe how abundance is actually a vibration rather than an amount in your bank account.</p>

<p>You want what you want, right? So do I&#8230; So we all need to start doing what will inevitably help us to attract what we want at an incredibly fast pace:  <em><strong>Create Emotional Manifestations First</strong></em>.  Here are a few ways to get there&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>1. Reach for a feeling of relief</strong></p>
<p><strong>2. Change your subject of attention to something more positive</strong></p>
<p><strong>3. Notice, comment or write about what&#8217;s going well</strong></p>

<p><strong>5. Use tapping on your conflicted emotions</strong></p>

<p>Stuck or stagnating emotions and conflicts tend to drain our immune system and energy circuits every day.  Imagine how successful your life would be if you could do some simple energy tapping exercises for <em><strong>Emotional Spring Cleaning?</strong></em></p>
<p>Yes, it&#8217;s time, &#8220;spring has sprung&#8221; as they say, and it&#8217;s time to release our past conflicts so we can all move forward emotionally and energetically this Spring<em><strong>. </strong></em> What do you need to clean up or clear out from your energetic system from the last season or last few months?</p>
<p>The first step is to examine what conflicts or old energies from the last season need to be moved out of your body, mind and energy system.  What relationships or conflicts are still &#8220;with&#8221; you, even though they&#8217;ve already passed?  Often we hold onto situations that are no longer present, but they&#8217;re still taking up some of our emotional bandwidth!</p>
<p>Choose one or two events, emotions or conflicts from the last season that you wish you could release, and write them down as your tappable issues right now!</p>

<p>Imagine how successful your life would be if you could <em><strong>Clear Your Fear of Failure</strong></em>. We lose so many opportunities when we&#8217;re afraid to fail, because the risk of failing outweighs the risk of losing these opportunities. If you&#8217;re afraid to fail, you live a smaller life, because smaller means less risk&#8230; less risk means fewer chances to fail in your own mind or in the eyes of others.  <em>But just imagine how much abundance would flow into your life if you weren&#8217;t afraid to fail&#8230;  </em></p>
<p>Many of you have already thought about how your fear of failure blocks abundance&#8230; but changing still scares you.  And maybe you haven&#8217;t had the right tools to <em><strong>Clear Your Fear of Failure</strong></em>&#8230; until now.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s start at the beginning. How do we get so afraid of failure that we won&#8217;t try anything new?  It takes time and training to learn how to be afraid of failing. In other words, we either learn the fear from someone in our family, we are taught that failing is terrible, (rather than just the world giving us feedback) or we have a negative experience and vow never to take a risk again&#8230;</p>
<p>I invite you to imagine a life without this fear&#8230; imagine a life with eagerness about looking forward to new ideas and new chances to succeed&#8230;</p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine a life where trying something new<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>feels exciting and optimistic, rather than<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>dangerous or a recipe for failure.</strong></em></p>
<p>That&#8217;s the problem &#8211; if you&#8217;re afraid to fail, then you won&#8217;t step out and try anything new, you&#8217;d rather play it safe and stay small.  And while you may lose incredible opportunities to expand and change by living this way, at least you won&#8217;t risk &#8220;failing&#8221; &#8211; whatever that means to you.</p>
<p>If you <em><strong>Clear Your Fear of Failure</strong></em>, you will be present in your daily life more, enjoy trying new ideas out on others, and engage in new activities that could yield great results in your personal and professional life.  Are you willing to try this clearing?  (I understand that clearing the fear seems risky too &#8211; as you may fear you might fail clearing the fear of failing!)  But it&#8217;s worth it&#8230; imagine a life without all this fear and worry about what each experience brings&#8230; what a relief.</p>
<p>We waste so much time trying to protect ourselves. When we are afraid of failing, we are forever avoiding conflicts, procrastinating, or making excuses as to why we &#8221;can&#8217;t&#8221; do something.  It&#8217;s not that you feel as if you are missing valuable opportunities, it&#8217;s that you don&#8217;t see them as valuable to begin with &#8212; you only see them as chances to fail instead of expand.</p>
<p>So my invitation in this newsletter is for you to <strong><em>Clear Your Fear of Failure</em></strong> and enjoy a life of peace and calm as well as excitement and adventure&#8230; Did I go too far? Ok, forget the adventure part but at least enjoy the relief from the chronic fear and enjoy that not everything that is presented to you is an opportunity for failure!</p>

Living in chronic fear is exhausting, and clearing this fear will give you so much more energy as well as so many more choices and opportunities for abundance and happiness.</p>

And watch how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>starts to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p>Time is my most valuable asset right now. I wish I had more of it and I&#8217;ve wasted too much of it (tap tap tap).  So I have made an effort to just <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong> more often.  It&#8217;s still a challenge to me because so many projects need my attention, but I&#8217;m getting better at it, and attracting more abundance as a result.</p>
<p>This term, <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong>, originated during the era of silent films, when people would refer to the desire to skip the unnecessary slower scenes and &#8220;cut&#8221; to the inevitable chase scenes in these movies. When we use this expression in today&#8217;s language, it basically means that we want to leave out the extra details, stop wasting time, and that we&#8217;re impatient to get to the heart of the matter!</p>
<p>Now I want to apply this idea to the topic of your abundance. I&#8217;m recommending that you <em><strong>Cut to the Chase</strong></em> - get to the real issue that is blocking you &#8211; without wasting one more hour or one more day avoiding it, fearing it, or getting dragged down by unimportant details in life.  There are plenty of important details we need to attend to &#8211; but there are too many that we let distract us.  Most of us have learned the hard way that life is short, and we would have so much extra time and space for ourselves, our loved ones and our hobbies (as well as attract abundance even faster) if we could <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong> in our lives.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, we do waste so much time on unnecessary details, on avoiding conflicts, procrastinating, getting mired in overwhelm and drama, and we miss valuable opportunities to <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong> which would bring more happiness and abundance into our lives.</p>
<p>Why don&#8217;t we <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong>? See if any of these following reasons or &#8221;excuses&#8221; ring true for you:</p>
<p><em><strong>1. I get distracted by life&#8230;</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>2. I&#8217;m afraid to deal with the real issue&#8230;</strong></em></p>

<p><em><strong>4. I don&#8217;t want to slow down long enough to examine my life&#8230;</strong></em></p>

<p>So my invitation in this newsletter is for you to choose to <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong> instead of wasting time avoiding what you need to focus on or getting trapped by drama and being too busy.  It may be easier to stay the way you are, but it&#8217;s not going to give you a life of abundance.</p>
<p>The first thing you need to do is decide which &#8220;real&#8221; issue you have been avoiding.  Is it fear of success? Fear of change? Procrastination? Then tap on the <em>fear of facing</em> this primary issue, and then face and tap on the feelings that surface around this primary block in your life!  Remember, you need ot tap on the resistance to dealing with the issue first, then tap for the challenges around the actual issue.</p>
<p>When we make the decision to <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong>, we give ourselves more quality time with ourselves and our loved ones and we save valuable time by being direct and addressing the real challenges instead of &#8220;beating around the bush.&#8221;  In addition,  we communicate more clearly to the Universe about our desires which speeds up the manifestation process.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s true that many of us are afraid to <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong>, and others just have sloppy habits that get in the way, but I have found that there are nothing but advantages and positive consequences when you <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong>.  You will enjoy the quality of your life deeply, you will think more clearly, you will become more aligned with your passions, and benefit enormously from this energy.  Start feeling inspired to <strong><em>Cut to the Chase</em></strong> and enjoy the abundance that comes into your life.</p>

</strong></em><em><strong>Zoom Out Intsead&#8230;</strong></em></p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>would start to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p>Have you ever found yourself overreacting to another person&#8217;s comments or behavior, only to regret it and wish that you had been able to<em><strong> Zoom Out Instead</strong></em>? I have&#8230; oh if I had only taken a wider view&#8230; oh for a &#8220;do over&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>Unfortunately, overreacting is quite easy to do, so I&#8217;m recommending that you <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong>&#8230; take a breath, pause, look at the bigger picture before responding or reacting. Unfortunately, overreacting becomes our first choice, especially when we&#8217;re tired, feeling oversensitive, feeling unappreciated, or just plain overwhelmed.  We rarely take the time or opportunity to <strong><em>Zoom Out</em></strong>&#8230; we just react right in the moment, and regret it later.</p>
<p>Sometimes this is the cause for drama in our lives &#8211; we&#8217;re the ones who aren&#8217;t taking a breath, even though we prefer to blame the other person for the drama in our lives.  Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice to drop the drama and choose peace instead?  Well, it&#8217;s possible &#8211; as long as we have some tools to slow down our immediate reactions.  Remember the old fashioned &#8220;count to ten&#8221; advice?  This recommendation is similar.  If you could <em><strong>Zoom Out Instead&#8230; </strong></em>you would essentially buy yourself some time and more importantly, put some distance between you and your knee jerk reactions that feel urgent in the moment.</p>
<p>This doesn&#8217;t mean that the other person (and their email or behavior) doesn&#8217;t deserve a reaction from you &#8211; but I can assure you that if you slow it down by committing to <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong>, your reaction or email response will be far more effective, level headed, and useful for everyone.</p>
<p>So my invitation in this newsletter is for you to choose to <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong> of overreacting.  It will benefit you as well as anyone on the other end of your interactions.</p>
<p>Some of you will need to tap on your emotional overwhelm to get clear enough to make this choice. Some of you will need to tap on your exhaustion in order to have enough space to remember to <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong>&#8230; others of you will need to tap on your feelings about being unappreciated.</p>
<p>There are nothing but advantages and positive consequences when you <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong>.  You will think more clearly, be more creative in your responses, you&#8217;ll avoid hurting someone else, and benefit enormously from the energy of taking the wider view.  Start feeling inspired to <strong><em>Zoom Out Instead</em></strong> and enjoy the abundance that comes into your life.</p>

</strong></em><em><strong>Offer Your Best You?</strong></em></p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>would start to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p>The first question to ask yourself is: <strong><em>&#8220;What is your BEST you?&#8221;</em></strong>  What are your best qualities, your best attributes, who are you when you know you are at your best?  I recommend that you write a list of your favorite characteristics &#8211; is it your humor, your patience, your kindness or your loyalty?  It&#8217;s important to remind ourselves of our best characteristics regularly.</p>
<p>And the second question to ask yourself is<strong><em>: &#8220;Why aren&#8217;t you Offering Your Best You right now?&#8221;</em></strong> (And if you already are, then congratulations!)  There are so many answers to the question &#8221;why&#8221; you aren&#8217;t <strong><em>Offering Your Best You</em></strong> right now.  The most common reasons in my life or that I hear from workshop participants are found in the following list:</p>
<p><strong><em>1) I&#8217;m too busy</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>2) I&#8217;m overwhelmed</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>3) No one will notice, so why bother?</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>4) I forgot&#8230;</em></strong></p>
<p><strong><em>5) No one else is being their Best Self&#8230; why should I?</em></strong></p>
<p><em><strong>6) I&#8217;m not sure what it is&#8230;</strong></em></p>
<p>Do any of these reasons/excuses sound familiar to you?  They are just that &#8211; excuses for robbing the world of your shiniest parts, your smartest insights and your most enjoyable humor.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m suggesting you no longer hide <strong><em>Your Best You</em></strong> from the rest of us &#8211; we need <strong><em>Your Best You</em></strong> that you can offer &#8211; it will be beneficial for all of us!</p>
<p>The good news is that when you get distracted from what matters most in your life, you have tools to get you back on track and being present.  When you&#8217;re overwhelmed, you can tap until you feel settled and focused again.  When you&#8217;re just too busy to offer the world <strong><em>Your Best You</em></strong>,  you can make the decision right now to start offering it again.  When you don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s &#8220;worth it&#8221; you can tap until you know how truly worth it <strong><em>Offering Your Best You</em></strong> is for all of us.</p>
<p>First you need to be able to identify what excuses you have been using that prevent you from <strong><em>Offering Your Best You</em></strong>.  If any of the reasons on my list above don&#8217;t ring true to you, keep searching for the particular reasons you aren&#8217;t <strong><em>Offering Your Best You</em></strong>. Maybe it never occurred to you that it would be good for the world energetically to <strong><em>Offer Your Best You</em></strong>. Maybe you&#8217;re convinced that everyone else is too busy so they won&#8217;t care. Once you&#8217;ve identified why you aren&#8217;t<strong><em> Offering Your Best You</em></strong>, you need identify what attributes would define you at your best, and choose to be that way, act that way, interact that way right now.</p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>When you Offer Your Best You, you&#8217;ll<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>reduce resistance AND raise your vibration&#8230;<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>which will open your energetic<br />

</strong></em><em><strong>BE Abundant Now?</strong></em></p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>would start to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p>Attracting abundance into your life is not a mystery or fluke.  Attracting abundance is a direct result of the vibration you are putting out to the Universe.  Most of us have been putting out either a mixed vibration or a negative vibration, and then we wonder why we don&#8217;t get much abundance in return.  In order to attract abundance into our lives, we need to <strong><em>BE Abundant Now</em></strong>.</p>
<p>All abundant people have several things in common &#8211; and the most important one is that they have all developed abundant habits in their thinking, their talking and in their behavior.  Are you living an abundant life?  If not, it&#8217;s time to look at your daily habits so you can start to <strong><em>Be Abundant Now</em></strong>.</p>
<p>The good news is that no matter how many of our daily habits have come from a poverty consciousness or belief in scarcity, we can all start changing those habits in little ways and <strong><em>Be Abundant Now</em></strong>.  All we need is the desire and some directions on how to do it&#8230;</p>
<p>So to start with, do you have the desire to attract more abundance into your life? If the answer is yes, then you&#8217;ll definitely need to develop more abundant habits. (If the answer was no, I invite you to do more tapping exercises on clearing your fears and blocks to attracting abundance.)</p>
<p>First you need to be able to identify what habits you have been using that block your abundance &#8211; then you can identify and adopt habits that ARE abundant.  Where do we find our habits that either reflect scarcity or abundance? We find them showing up in our thoughts, words, and behaviors.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Abundant Thoughts/ Attitudes: </span></strong></p>
<p>Attitudes that you may notice that are not abundant include attitudes of scarcity, poverty, unworthiness, inadequacy and attitudes that exude energies such as, <em>&#8220;they always win&#8221;</em> and <em>&#8220;why bother, it&#8217;ll never work for me.&#8221; </em> Once you identify that these are the non-abundant attitudes you carry around and exude in your life, you can replace them with new abundant attitudes such as:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;Things always have a way of working out for the best&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em> &#8220;Life has a way of working out for me&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em>  &#8220;I love waiting for what the Universe has in store for me&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em>&#8220;There is a bigger and better plan I can&#8217;t see yet&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Abundant Words</span></strong>:</p>
<p>Do you ever find yourself saying to another person: <em>&#8220;I can&#8217;t&#8230;&#8221;</em> or <em>&#8220;It&#8217;ll never work for me&#8230;&#8221;</em> or <em>&#8220;They&#8217;re the lucky ones&#8230;&#8221;</em> ? Watch and listen to what you say and notice the negative habits you need to change.  Then swap these tendencies out for more positive wording such as:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;Maybe it will work out for me&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em> &#8220;What if it&#8217;s all going in the right direction&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em> &#8220;Maybe there&#8217;s a surprise in store for me that I can&#8217;t see yet&#8230;&#8221;</em></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Abundant Behaviors</span></strong>:</p>
<p>And here are some behaviors you&#8217;ll need to change:  Do you always order the cheapest meal on the menu and then walk out dissatisfied after dinner?  Do you go broke on sales and never really get what you want?  Do you contstantly act as if you can&#8217;t afford anything, when you really could afford to purchase what you want if you could release your poverty consciousness?  Start changing your behaviors to more abundant ones:</p>
<p><em>Treat yourself to a tiny luxury once in a while&#8230;</em></p>
<p><em>Act abundantly in how you treat yourself every day&#8230;</em></p>
<p><em>Be abundant by being more generous with others&#8230;</em></p>
<p><em>Be abundant by offering help to neighbors and friends&#8230;</em></p>
<p>If you change your thoughts, your words and your behaviors to ones of abundance, you will naturally and inevitably attract more abundance into your life.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>When we start BEING Abundant, we instantly<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>reduce resistance AND raise our vibration&#8230;<br />

<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>would start to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p style="text-align: left;" align="center"><em><strong> </strong></em>Being playful and playing as an adult is so much fun, but most of us have been trained out of it.  We&#8217;ve learned to be more serious, to put work ahead of everything else. But at what &#8220;cost&#8221; to us emotionally and energetically?</p>
<p>We have learned to give up play because playing, so goes adult theory, is for children and frivolous people who aren&#8217;t serious about getting ahead.</p>
<p>Well, guess what - this isn&#8217;t true.  Playing is for everyone, even serious people&#8230; and play will actually increase your abundance!</p>
<p>When we want to successfully attract abundance into our lives, we need to find ways to do two things:</p>
<p>(1) Reduce our resistance (emotional and energetic), and</p>
<p>(2) Raise our vibration</p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>When we play, we instantly reduce resistance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>AND raise our vibration&#8230; which means that we are<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>opening the energetic door to abundance.</strong></em></p>
<p>So are you willing to <strong><em>Be More Playful</em></strong>?  Other &#8220;upsides&#8221; to playing more are obvious &#8211; we have more fun and I believe we are more fun to be around when we decide to <strong><em>Be More Playful.</em></strong>  But it took my &#8221;getting&#8221; that <strong><em>Being More Playful</em></strong> would help me attract abundance before I was able to let down my &#8220;work hard&#8221; philosophy and use playing to my advantage.</p>
<p>Some of you are naturally more playful than others.  While I love a good sense of humor and find humor in so much of life&#8217;s contrasts and challenges, I&#8217;m not that good at actually <em>playing</em>&#8230; so I&#8217;ve put it on my list for 2012.  (See what I mean? I have to put &#8220;play&#8221; on my to do list!)</p>
<p align="center"><strong><em>So stop the struggle,<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>Be More Playful,<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>and watch abundance<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>show up for you.</em></strong></p>
<p>Why should you consider my invitation to <strong><em>Be More Playful</em></strong>?  I&#8217;ve given you several good reasons already.  But I bet you have some &#8220;yes, buts&#8221; or some resistance to letting down your guard.  If you make the effort to <strong><em>Be More Playful</em></strong> you will enjoy the following benefits:</p>

</strong></em><em><strong>Assume Your Success Is Coming?</strong></em></p>
<p align="center"><em><strong>Imagine how much abundance<br />
</strong></em><em><strong>would start to flow into your life!</strong></em></p>
<p style="text-align: left;" align="center">We usually think of what might happen that&#8217;s negative, we prepare for the worst, and we often get something we don&#8217;t want!  But you have the power and ability to <em><strong>Assume Your Success Is Comin</strong></em><strong>g</strong> and reap the benefits of this shift in energy.  Whenever we feel empowered to make an energy shift, a change in manifestation and physical success shows up.</p>
<p>I know some of you won&#8217;t think this is that easy to <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming</em></strong> - but it&#8217;s simple, and each of us can do it in an instant, if we want to try an experiment that will manifest success into our lives.  Ready? Here are the simple linear steps below that will help you to accomplish this:</p>
<p><strong>1. First you need to have a clear and comprehensive image of your success </strong>- What does it feel like now that you have it? What will it sound like when it arrives? How will it look when you have it?</p>
<p><strong>2. Then you need to identify your fears</strong> about making this kind of assumption so you know what needs to be cleared &#8211; (what I call the &#8220;yes, but&#8221; energy).</p>
<p><strong>3. Then you need to go ahead and clear your fears</strong> about making this assumption  (enter EFT exercises) and&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>4. Then you need to relax</strong> and <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming</em></strong> which involves adopting new feelings, behaviors and attitudes that line up with this assumption.</p>
<p align="center"><strong><em>So stop the struggle,<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming,<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>and watch abundance show up for you.</em></strong></p>
<p>Why should you consider making an energy shift to <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming</em></strong>?  Because acting as if your success is on its way mobilizes your energy in a huge way.  It gets you ready and poised to receive what you want. It communicates to the Universe that you know, believe, and expect that your desire is on it&#8217;s way. It communicates faith that the Universe is watching out for you, and most importantly, it allows you to relax, reduce resistance, and raise your vibration.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s get more detailed about these simple steps I&#8217;m recommending:</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 1</span></strong>  &#8212; Form a very clear visual and physical image of your success. So, right now, either in your mind or on paper, sketch out what your &#8220;success&#8221; (choose only one at a time) looks like to you &#8211; what will you look like, what will your life look like, add any visuals that seem important.  How will it feel when you have it? What will be different in your life when you have it? This creates a &#8220;memory&#8221; in your mind that can now be manifested.  Use colors, pictures, textures, visions, physical feelings &#8211;  anything that forms a picture of this particular success you want. (Again, only use one success at a time with this techinque.)</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 2</span></strong>  &#8212; List the fears you notice about making this assumption &#8211; write them down. Ask yourself, what might be a &#8220;downside&#8221; of <strong><em>Assuming Your Success Is Coming</em></strong>?   Does it feel awkward or fake to you?  Are you afraid you might jinx it? And how does it serve you to protect yourself by refusing to make this energetic assumption?  What are the &#8220;upsides&#8221; to not making this assumption?  Are you afraid to get your hopes up?</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 3</span></strong>  &#8212; Clear these fears (&#8220;yes, buts&#8221;) with EFT (see tap-along exercise listed and spelled out for you below).  Once we know what fears or emotional and energetic blocks we have, then we can use simple versions of EFT to clear them out of our energy system, and then the path will be clear to manifest our goal.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Step 4</span></strong>  &#8212; Relax and allow yourself to <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming</em></strong>.  This means you&#8217;ll need to make the assumption, check for any more resistance and tap on remaining tension.  This means you&#8217;ll need to &#8220;act as if&#8221; your success is on its way, and it means you need to stop &#8220;checking&#8221; for it.  This means you&#8217;ll need to stop complaining that it&#8217;s not here yet&#8230; and you&#8217;ll need to adopt a posture (emotionally and physically) of knowing and believing it&#8217;s coming!</p>
<p>I can hear some of you saying&#8230; <em>&#8220;But this is just one of those pretending exercises again&#8230; do they really work?&#8221;</em>  This question falls into the category of identifying what fears or blocks you have to doing this exercise.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll tell you my personal and professional experience <em>-</em> these &#8220;pretending exercises&#8221; work magic because they move your energy!<em>   </em>They move energy, lower your resistance, raise your vibration, and communicate a clear message to the Universe &#8211; and we want all of that to be happening if we are going to manifest new successes in our lives<em>.  </em></p>
<p align="center"><strong><em>Remember, your system doesn&#8217;t know the difference<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>between simply imagining success or experiencing success -<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>your brain experiences these two options in the<br />
</em></strong><strong><em>same way &#8212; as reality.</em></strong></p>
<p>There are nothing but advantages and positive consequences when you start to <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming.</em></strong> I can&#8217;t think of a single &#8220;downside&#8221; to making the effort to do this&#8230;. <strong><em>IF and only IF you want more abundance to flow into your life.</em></strong>  So ask yourself, do you want much more abundance to flow into your life?  If your answer is &#8220;yes&#8221; then start by feeling inspired to <strong><em>Assume Your Success Is Coming</em></strong>.</p>

</em></strong><strong><em>and carry energy&#8230;</em></strong></p>
<p align="center"><strong><em>Our vibration matters!</em></strong></p>
<p>Remember that the Universe <strong><em>hears your vibration not your words.</em></strong>  The principles of the <em>Law of Attraction</em> remind us that we will receive more of what we are &#8220;broadcasting&#8221; to the Universe when we are in alignment with it.  What always shows up before the actual abundance appears in your life is a high vibration &#8211; one of optimism, joy, gratitude or appreciation.  When the Universe is able to receive a clear signal or message from you &#8211; (no energetic interference from your attitudes) then the <strong><em>Law of Attraction</em></strong> starts to work in your favor.</p>
